Products are shipped daily from Monday through Friday. We will make our best effort to ship all orders received before 1:00 pm (MST) the same day. Orders paid by check will ship as soon as payment is received. All shipments are subject to stock availability.
Our Return Policy
Considerable effort is made to insure our DVDs will play in a wide variety of players. However, should you receive a DVD that will not play in your machine, we will replace it at no charge, provided it is returned within 15 days from the original invoice date. There is no restocking fee for qualified returns. The merchandise must be in new and undamaged condition and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
All DVDs are checked prior to shipping to insure there is no damage to the disc. We will not replace any DVD that has scratches or contaminants on the recording surface.
We do not accept returns via COD or billed to us in any way.
A return authorization number is required for all returns. To receive a RMA number please e-mail us with the following information: your name, invoice number, reason for the return, email address and phone number. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issuance. Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on your return packing label. Any return for exchange without the RMA number will NOT be accepted.
